Founded and led by Jason Hedges, a Real Estate professional with personal experience in flipping over 700 properties and owning more than 175 residential rentals. Our team of managers recognize the challenges Real Estate investors face and specialize in quick closings and understanding properties in need of rehab.
Midwest Investment Lending is a true Private Lending Company and not a Brokerage. Our repeat customers have the cell number of the owner/lead underwriter when loan decisions need to be made quickly.
